On November 1, 2026, we’ll announce the next chapter in our organization’s story. It’s a moment that celebrates the sailors, families, instructors, volunteers, and supporters who have helped make our waterfront community what it is today, while looking ahead to new possibilities.

Over the years, the Shark River has been the setting for countless first sails, summer friendships, newfound confidence, and memorable adventures. Those experiences remain at the heart of our mission: connecting people with the water through sailing, education, and recreation.

Our upcoming announcement builds on that foundation, with a vision for welcoming more people to the waterfront and inspiring the next generation of sailors.

November 1 also marks the opening of 2027 Summer Sailing Camp registration. Whether your child is ready to step into a sailboat for the first time or build on skills learned last summer, it’s time to start looking ahead to another season on the Shark River.

For now, we’re keeping the big reveal under wraps. But we invite everyone who has been part of our journey—and anyone curious about joining us—to celebrate what comes next.
